Our Journey

The foundation of Shree Tripada as an IT organization was laid in 2011. The Regional Corporate Head Office was set up in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We only started with a small office space about 150 sq. ft. and only 3 employees.

In the initial couple of years, we got a few bulk SMS projects from small and mid-sized businesses. However, these projects were accompanied by many failures which we learned a lot from.

Our bulk SMS service helped 1000+ businesses generate awareness by SMS to the target customers. From business promotion to brand loyalty, we helped clients generate a lot of business by assisting them to send the right SMS at the right time.

The year 2016 was a big turning point for Shree Tripada. In 2016, we learned how to double our previous year's turnover. We worked with some of the large enterprises and brands in India. Under the amazing leadership of Mr. Mayank Dave, we hit nearly all business goals in 2016.

2018 was another great year, not in terms of the number of projects, but the quality of services we offered. Also, this year witnessed a tremendous increase in the different types of projects we worked on including bulk WhatsApp solutions.

The year 2020 was challenging for Shree Tripada and our clients, with slow growth and few opportunities. However, during this time, we received many new projects, especially in the area of work-from-home solutions. In order to adapt to the changing business landscape, we started providing WhatsApp and voice call services.

Currently, we have over 40k satisfied clients. With a client satisfaction rate of 99%, we've completed numerous projects, leading to a client retention rate of 96%. Our high standards for quality service are evident in these statistics and are a testament to the level of service we provide.
